On other hand, Bollywood’s Badshah, Shah Rukh Khan, who did not have any releases this year so far, ranked third in the list of highest tax payers in Bollywood. Khan paid an advance tax of Rs 5 crore same as last year. Like Khan, veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan also paid an advance tax of Rs 5 crore against Rs 1.4 crore in 2011.

Among ladies, former Miss World and Bollywood’s new mother Aishwarya Rai Bachchan paid the maximum advance tax of Rs 3 crore versus Rs 1.1 crore in July-September 2011.
